Payment application

Payments are credited when received amounts meet configured confirmation thresholds and match invoice or link expectations. Underpayments may remain pending or require manual review—document your merchant rules here.

Expired quotes

If a payer sends funds after an invoice expires, describe whether funds are auto-credited, held for manual allocation, or returned.

Refunds

Refunds in cryptocurrency may require new on-chain transfers. Network fees are typically borne by the party your counsel designates. Refund timing depends on operational review and wallet availability.

Disputes

Unlike card chargebacks, blockchain payments have no universal dispute network. Merchants should publish support channels and evidence requirements for contested orders.

Contact

Provide merchant support email and expected response times.
